Our centre based day services run throughout the week and involve group sessions for our clients to help them learn and progress their independent life skills in the form of cookery/healthy eating sessions, literacy & numeracy, personal development, money management, well-being and current affairs sessions. Media, arts & crafts, recycling, environmental and bush craft sessions enable our clients to gain new skills and confidence and reinforce skills learnt from prior sessions.

Support for mental health, learning disabilities, ABI, autism & cerebral palsy.
Child Services
CIW registered to provide services and support for ages 3 years old and upwards.
ART THERAPY SESSIONS

DISABILITY -FRIENDLY TARGET CLUB
We provide supported target shooting sessions at our Target Shooting Club based at Milford Haven Leisure Centre. There are 10 disability friendly ranges, so that individuals can practice their skills and acquire a high level of ability. Equipment is provided and customisable to the need of the individual. The club is affiliated with National Small-bore Rifle Association (NSRA) and some of our club members have achieved medals at national level competitions. The club in open to all abilities and is open on Wednesday's between 2pm and 5pm.
BIKEMOBILITY
We run the BikeMobility project, which was set up to enable people of all abilities to enjoy the pleasures and health benefits of cycling. We provide opportunities for everyone to ride a bike, and have a good variety of specially designed bikes for people of differing abilities. We are based at the County Showground, Haverfordwest, SA62 4BW. We have our own indoor and outdoor Cycletrack, where you can ride bikes safely away from busy roads. You are welcome to come and visit!

GROUP SESSIONS
Monday Group Sessions
During Monday group sessions we run money handling sessions, the theory of which is then used on community based sessions and any issues that the clients have are then fed back and the practiced again during the Monday group sessions.
We also run drama, singing, music and social skills workshops these are to help the clients improve confidence, communication skills, and interaction.
We find these sessions also build trust both between each other and staff. They are a safe environment for the clients to express feelings and issues that may be arising.
Thursday Group Sessions
We are running a health and wellbeing programme at the moment, all clients are fitness tested, we then run sessions on what health and wellbeing mean, setting goals for health and wellbeing, nutrition, stress management and writing individual exercise plans.
Alongside this health and well-being session we run a literacy session and creative writing session, this will now be run once a month and a session on cooking the clients all cook a meal together and eat together we look at recipe planning, budgeting and healthy eating will also be run once a month.
Supported Respite
Supported respite has enabled our clients to experience independence and relaxation time, whether this is a holiday abroad or time out from their usual living routine. Many of the clients we have supported on respite have needed 1:1, 24/7 specialist support.
Respite has been shown to help sustain family caregiver health and well being, avoid or delay out-of-home placements, and reduce the likelihood of abuse and neglect. An outcome based evaluation pilot study showed that respite may also reduce the likelihood of divorce and help sustain marriages
